The standard implementation package runs over two weeks. It combines an initial audit, workspace structuring, one delivery session and a follow-up review.

Planning

The timeline is designed to create a usable structure quickly without freezing the organization too early.

• Day 1: kickoff, scope, tools and constraints.
• Days 2-4: review of the current files, roles and recurring workflows.
• Days 5-7: Rootlane structure proposal and adaptation of Projects, Caps, Resources and Archives.
• Days 8-10: delivery workshop, template handover and operating rules.
• Days 11-14: follow-up, corrections and stabilization plan.

• Custom role map for the team or business.
• Project and resource templates adapted to the context.

What we need from you

The implementation is faster and safer when the project owner prepares a small amount of context before kickoff.

What is not included

The package focuses on structure and adoption. It does not include a full migration of every historical file or a legal compliance audit.
